hi,I’m Jack.

your wedding singer, guitarist, and DJ hybrid.

I’ve been playing guitar nearly as long as I’ve been able to walk. I started on the recorder of course, and then realised it wasn’t loud and annoying the neighbours enough so I got into the electric guitar, drums, and anything else loud.

Fast forward to my teens and I started playing in bands. But it wasn’t until I joined a band in 2011 that I realised I wanted to sing (and at first I was shy and it was humbling, but less about that!)

A decade of singing practice later, I decided to try my hands at weddings and never looked back!

I’ll go the extra mile.

No two weddings are ever the same, and I’ve never played the same set twice. Reading a crowd isn’t just having a good knowledge of music, it’s about understanding what gets your guests going.

I’m more than just the musician at your wedding. With a professional background in audio technology, I bring creativity, adaptability, and the know-how to keep things running smoothly. Venue having sound issues? The toast master’s microphone is making a weird squelching sound? I’ve got their back and I’ve got yours.

I’ll keep in touch with you throughout the build-up to your wedding, sending you snippets of your first dance song as I learn it so you can hear it take shape and feel reassured it’s in safe hands. I’ll get to know the songs and styles you love, the ones you don’t, and the overall atmosphere you want to create. Behind the scenes, I’ll handle the little details that often go unnoticed but make all the difference. By the time your wedding arrives, you’ll feel like you already know me well, and you can trust me to keep everything flowing smoothly so you can focus on enjoying the day.

What I love most is being part of the best day of people’s lives. Many couples stay in touch long after the wedding, and some have become close friends. When you book me, you’re not just getting live music, you’re getting someone who genuinely cares about making your day unforgettable.

FAQ’S

Planning a wedding involves a lot of details, so I’ve gathered some of the most common questions to make everything clearer and easier for you.

  • I’m based in West Yorkshire but regularly perform across the UK. If your wedding is further than 100 miles from Leeds, I may need to book hotels but this will be mentioned and included when I give you a quote.

  • Yes. Every booking comes with a written contract so you have peace of mind and clarity about what’s included. If you would like to see a copy of the contract before booking please get in touch!

  • I primarily offer full-day and half-day packages, including live acoustic sets, evening singalongs, DJ sets, and extras like singing you down the aisle or performing your 1st dance. Every wedding is different, so I’ll work with you to create something personal.

  • Absolutely. I’ll always accommodate learning requests, whether it’s your first dance or a family favourite. I’ll also ask for a list of songs you love, and those you’d prefer me not to play.

  • I’m more than happy to bring my own food, so there’s no requirement! That said, if you’d like to provide a meal, I’d be extremely grateful.

  • Of course! Weather permitting, I can perform outdoors, and if there’s no mains power available I always bring along a battery-powered PA system to keep the music flowing.

  • Sound limiters can be a big no no for some musicians and DJs. However, I have never not been able to work with one. I will always talk with your venue or coordinator to find out their maximum dB limits and make sure that I adhere to all venue policies to ensure that your guests, the venue and their neighbours are all satisfied.

  • I always bring spares of everything: guitars, microphones, cables, adapters and a spare mixer/PA speaker. Even if the venue’s system has issues, I’ll attempt to step in the best I can with my own gear so nothing interrupts your day.

  • Yes, I can play live as you walk down the aisle, during the signing of the register, and as you exit as newlyweds. I can also provide a microphone for your registrar or celebrant if needed!

Please note that some providers have restrictions on the lyrical content of songs. It’s always worth checking with your venue, registrar or celebrant before agreeing on a song!

  • Yes I do! I can accept payment via Stripe with no additional charges.

  • A booking is secured with a 20% deposit. The remaining balance is usually due 1 calendar month before the wedding. Payments can be made by bank transfer or a secure card link if you wish to pay by credit card.

  • Yes. I have full Public Liability Insurance (up to £10 million) and all equipment is PAT tested.
